Do not try to replace GitHub's primary functions of version control, software development. Instead fill in the very painful gaps experienced by everyone else in the company not directly using GitHub. Enhance GitHub's project management by importing, linking issues and milestones, add estimates, link to wages, produce genuine roadmaps (not gantt) with budgets and resource allocations. it will improve the quality of life for many people.
