Be able to make owner of the project to a different member

I think it'd be great if all the tasks have some unique id instead of only the title

Is it possible to define tags like ‘working’ or ‘stuck’ or ‘in preperation’ with a fixed colour by default? So we don’t have to define them everytime again when we have a new project. Thanks
